Shipping policy

At Han’ni AFI DESIGNS, we’re proud to ship our unique, 3D printed necklaces across Aotearoa. Every piece is made to order with care and meaning. Please allow time for this process so we can deliver something truly special.

 

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10 NZD nationwide

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $50, NZ only

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • We ship with trusted NZ Couriers and provide tracking numbers once your order has been sent.

 

Processing Time

All our products are made to order. Please allow:

  • 2–3 business days for production before your item is shipped

  • Longer times during peak periods or for bulk/custom orders

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us at haani@haaniafidesigns.co.nz

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.

All items are carefully packaged to protect your necklace and preserve its quality. Let us know if you need gift wrapping or bulk shipping.
